The saloon and state cabins are superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for the comfort sf the passengers; who are provided with bedding , and all cabin fittings. The dietary Bcale is most liberal. Second-class and eteerage accommodation is all that could be desired, and tho ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. Tho Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and -vessels will bo despatched at suitable intervals to tho principals ports in Now Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
