At the Police Court yesterday Mr James M'Donald, M.H.R, for Bruce, was charged with Laving neglected to furnish any statement of his property under the Property Tax Act. The case for the prosecution only was gono into, and tho case for tho defence waa adjourned until Tuesday, tho oth of February.
