MELBOURNE

Thursday. At their wool sale this week the Now Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company catalogued 2100 bales, being mostly second wools. There was a large attendance of home and foreign buyers. Little chango in the market was experienced, which continues fairly active, and competition was well maintained. Good wools are anxiously desired, and 1900 bales were sold and 200 withdrawn.
