ISorougli Notices. BOROUGH OF NAPIER. NOTIFICATION OF THE VALUATION LIST. THE Valuation List for the Borough of Napier for the year 188-1-5 is now open for inspection at tlio Town Clerk's Office. All objections thereto must be left at the Supremo Court 'Building, Napier, on or before tho loth day of February Next, addressed- to the Assessment Court; and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Town Clerk's Office not later than seven days before the next sitting , of the said Court. 11. "DOG REGISTRATION ACT, 1880." rpilE attention of Owners of Dogs is JL directed to Section 4of "Tho Dog Registration Act, 1880," -which is as follows : — •' Any person who shall keep any Dog within the Colony' of a greater age than six months, for a period of fourteen days, without causing such Dog to be Registered, and such Registration to be made again from year to year, - shall bo liable to a penalty of FIVE POUNDS for every such Dog, over and above the amount of any fee payable in respect of the Registration of such Bog." The Registration of Dogs within the Borough of Napier commenced on the Ist instant. Registration Fee : —Ten Shillings, payablo to Skrgi\ Walker, A.0., tit the Police Office, Napier, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. ............. By order, 11. N. BOWER, ''.',: ' Town Clerk.
