Dunedin, This day,

A meeting of shareholders in the New Zealand Pottery and Glass Company was held yesterday. The liquidators reported that the loss to the shareholders would be about 16s per share. A telegram was received from Napier asking for particulars as to '£54 appearing on the balance-sheet as directors' fees, and a motion was carried expressing the opinion that tho directors were entitled to that amount, and really to much more.
