Ah she has a largo portion of her cargo engaged at Port Chalmers (her first port of call) her space for wool will bo limited, and early application for space is advisable. Ifc is intended that, weather permitting, she shall go through the Straits of Magellan and call at the beautiful harbor of Rio do Janeiro. To be followed by the magnificent steamship— BRITISH KING, 3599 tons register, 2000 horse-power, J. Kelly, Commander. Thia steamer will also bo despatched for tho— Febkuahy Salks, And as a largo portion of her homeward cargo will bo shipped at Wellington, it will be necessary for intending shippers to secure her remaining space promptly. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are .despatched from London to each of tho principal ports of tho colony with strict punctuality every month. Tho Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and "pssels will bo despatched at suitable intervals to tho principals ports in Now Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular lino of vessels will be laid on for tho various ports in this colony to meet tho requirements of tho trade. Arrangements for tbo passages of friends to and fro from the colony, and also for tho conveyance of cargo can bo made at tho Head Office, Christchurch or at any of the Branches in the colony. D.
