POULTRY AND CANARY ASSOCIATION.

[To the Editor or tuk Daily Telegraph- .J Siu,—l was very glad to see " Chanticleer's , letter in your issue of tho 31st ultimo. Considering that the Hawke's Bay Poultry rmd Canary Association's show was held during tho second week of August, I think it is highly discreditable to all concerned that there should still be claims unsettled. This delay in squaring up will certainly have a bad effect on future exhibitions. I for ono will think twice boforo having anything to do with an association wliich is so clow in tho important part of " paying up." —I am, &c, An Exhibitor. January 2, 1383.
