At the annual meeting of tho Prince Imperial Goldinining Company at the Thanus, to-day, the report shewed that dividends amounting to 3s Id per share had been paid during the year, representing £25,000, and £4938 remained in hand. Tho value of gold obtained in the year was £.')!),12.3.
