Auckland, This day. A fire broke out at 2 o'clock yesterday morning at Roberts', grocer, Ponsonby road. The promises were destroyed, as also was the dwelling of Mrs Coyle, Bruce Lloyd's house adjoining was also damaged. The insurances aro—Roberts' shop, £200 in tho Royal office; stock, £20Q in the Union offico ; furniture, £100 in the Union office. Mrs Coyle's house, £100 iti the Standard office; furniture, £50 in the Standard offico. Lloyd's, £300 in the National office. Most of Lloyd's furniture was saved.
