[TO TUB EDITOR OF THE DAILY TELEGRAPH.] Sim,—Tho annual election for members of the committee takes place on 9th January, when all subscribers of .£1 and upwards are entitled to vote. At the same date tho list of subscribers for the preceding twelve months is made up for insertion in the annual report, copies of which aro forwarded to all subscribers. I shall esteem it a favor if holders of lists, and intending donors, will kindly forward their contributions by that date.—l am, ice, Wμ. Harkee, Secretary.
