Tho cargo of frozen mutton ex British Queen from Lyttoltou has been examined and found to be in excellent condition. In tho course of a despatch addressed by Earl Granvillo to the Egyptian Government, the British Minister for Foreign Affairs states that the English Government cannot interfero in tho pacification of the Soudan, but that endeavors will bo made to obtain an expedition of Turkish troops from the Porte.
