Wellington, This day. Tho property-tax paid throughout the «olony up to Saturday night amounted to £245,000, which is within £5000 of the Treasurer's estimate. It is expected that fully an additional £10,000 will yet be paid. Several large cheques were paid in on Saturday, one amounting to £9000.
