The following i.s a report of the- Y/aihora's passage, kindly furnished by Mr Humphries, her purser:--. Left Melbourne on sth December aud arrived at, the Bluff mi Iho 10th, Port Chalmers on the 1 lth, Lyttelton on the I.3th, Wellington on the 1-lth, at noon : left for Napier at 7.30 p.m., reaching the anchorage on Saturday. Experienced fine weather throughout from Melbourne! lo Lytfelfon, thence to Wellington fresh northerly wind and squally weather, from Wellington to arrival light variable winds and smooth sea. The outward passengers left the breastwork at 5 o'clock, and the Waihora steamed out of tho bay at 6.10 p.m. Iter outward passengers, mails, and cargo for Sydney will bo trans)lipped to the Ringarooma at* Auckland, tho Waihora coming down tho coast again.

Tho" ship Wairoa, Capt. Holbeche, got under way on Saturday afternoon, and sailed for London. Thero was a fresh ■westerly breeze blowing, so that she was enabled to make a gook oiling by nightfall.

Tho Union Steamship Company's s.s. Te Anau dropped anchor in the roadstead from Sydney via Auckland and Poverty Bay at 4.30 a.m. yesterday morning, and was tendered by 6 a.m. for passengers and mails. The ketch Three Brothers took in the cargo, which consisted of 40 tons. The following is a report of the Te Anau's passage, for which we are indebted to Mr J. N. Keith, her purser :—Left Sydney wharf at 6.3d p.m. on the 7lh inst. ; passed the Heads at 7.10 p.m. ; passed the Three Kings at 6.15 p.m. on the llfh; breasted Cope Brett at 5.30 h.in. on the 12th, and arrived at Auckland the same afternoon; left on (he 14th at 1 p.m., and arrived at Gisborne at 2 p.m. on the 15th inst., .sailed again at 6.30 p.m. tho same day, and arrived hero as above. For the first two days after leaving tho weather was very unsettled, culminating in a violent thunderstorm on the night of thcSlh, after which moderate westerly winds set in, accompanied with fine weather, which continued throughout the passage. The outward passengers were taken oil' at 10 a.m., tho To Anau steaming on her course for Melbourne via Southern ports at 1.1 o'clock. She is telegraphed as having- reached Wellington at 7.10 a.m. this day.

Messrs Slkmv, Savill and the- Albion Company's barque Helen Denny, Capt. James, which was reported as beating up tho bay on Saturday morning, got close up by dark, and was taken over to the ballastground by tho pilot, whore sho is to throw overboard soma ballast before coming up to tho usual anchorage. She i.s from London via Dunedin and Auckland, and comes in ballast to load wool. Messrs Murray, Roberts and Co. are her local agents.

The brigantine Lizzy Guy, Capt. Stevens, arrived in the roadstead from Oamaru on Saturday afternoon, with a part cargo of flour, oats, and, oatmeal for various consignee-;, which she will discharge af the breast work when the weather clears. The balance of her cargo i.s for 1 Tauranga, whither she; will proceed after'discharging the Napior portion.

The p.s. Manaia returned from Wairoa at 1 1.15 a.m. yesterday, bringing two passengers and 62 bales of wool.

The s.s. Sir Donald, Capt. Qninlau, steamed for Blackhead on Sunday afternoon, taking- some passengers.

The s.s. Maori, Capt. Anderson, got away for Wairoa early this morning with a good cargo. The s.s. Kiwi is to leave Wellington for the const and Napior at . p.m. to-day, and and will bo due here on Wednesday morning. (Rkoter's Telegrams.) (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Tho steamship Kent, which was found to bo on fire on arrival at Port Said, has resumed her voyage for Australia, after overhauling and restoring the damaged cargo. Melbourne, Tin's day. Arrived, on Saturday morning, Orient steamship Iberia from London (left November 2.) [by telegraph.] Dunedin' This day. Arrived — Wild Wave, barque, from Hobart; Chiarini from Mauritius, and Marlborough, ship, from London, after a passage of 94 days. Captain Anderson leaves the latter vessel to become marine superintendent of the Shaw Savill and Albion Company at Port Chalmers, and Captain Hird takes command of the Marlborough, Mr London, chief officer of the Taranaki, being promoted to the command of that vessel.
