No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom thoy may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. ; No qualification fee. \ The rules and weights of tho Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will bo strictly adhered to.
