Nominations to be made before the start for the Hack Race, and acceptances to be notified to the Clerk of the Scales not later than 15 minutes after declaration of the weights. Rules and Regulations. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom thoy may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. ; No qualification fee. \ The rules and weights of tho Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will bo strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the \ gross amount of all stakes. ' Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes.
