TERMINATION OF EXPLORATION IN NEAV GUINEA. (Received December 17, 12.40 p.m.) MELBOURNE. This day. The Hon. Graham Bony, one ot the A r ictorian delegates to tho late Sydney Conference, has returned to Melbourne. •'The Vagabond," Julian Thomas, who went to New Guinea to carry on the exploration commenced by Captain Armit, the special correspondent of the Argus, has returned to Cooktown. Tho Argus this morning announces that the expedition to New Guinea has terminated for the present.
