Smith.—At the Hawke's Bay Hospital, on tho 12th December, of consumption, Mr John Smith, of Waipawa, aged C 3 years. Spear.—At West Clive, on December 13, Robert Jamos, only son of Satnuol and Sarah Spear, aged 5 months. The funeral will leave thopaients' residenco for the Havelock cemetery at 2 p.m. to-morrow.
