Our charge for slaughtering, freezing and putting on board ship in the roadstead will be Id per lb, including bags. All clean fat and skins will bo purchased by us, the former at 2d per lb., the latter at current rates. It being our aim to ship none but the best mutton, we reserve the right of rejecting all sheep we may consider unfit for shipment. These will be purchased by us at prices varying from Id to lid per lb, according , to condition. To prevent disappointment on this head wo would specially direct your attention to the necessity for extreme care in drafting before delivery. We do not consider the weight of the sheep so much a point, as uniformity in size and condition, assuming that they arc good butcher's sheep and not too fat. Our Company will be glad to receive your consignments of meat in London, and as we are making every effort to advance the trade in England, you will, we think, agree with us that the larger the amount of meat we have at our disposal the greater will be the advantage accruing to the shipper.
