The Court of Appeal has decided against tho AVellington Corporation's claim against the contractor's sureties for the Te Aro reclamation andagainst thecontractor's trustee in bankruptcy. The decision is that the notices to the former Avere insufficient, and the latter therefore had no cause to answer.'
