REORGANISING A COPPER COMPANY.
Nelson, This day. A meeting of shareholders in the Champion Copper Company wan held yesterday, AA'hen it was unanimously resolved to wind up the present company and form a new one with a capital of £60,000. Of this amount tho shareholders in tho old company will subscribe for £20,000 as against the purchase of the property for that sum. Already over 30,000 shares have been applied for.
