This day. The Hon. Mr Dibbs, Colonial Treasurer, Avill also repie-ent Ncav South Wales at tho Intercolonial Conference. It is not probable that tho sittings Avill be open to the Press. The Hon. Mr Thurston, Colonial Secretary of Fiji, will not represent that colony at the Conference in consequence of the absence of Sir G. W. Dcs Voeux, the GoA-emor.
