INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL REFUSED TO ILLEGITIMATE CHILDREN.
Dunedin, This day. Mr CareAV, R.M., at the City Court this morning, declined to send cases of illegitimacy to the Industrial School. He stated if he granted all such applications that came before him the place Avould not be a third large enough.
