Rules and Regulations. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or Avhom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. No qualification fee. Tho rules and weights of the HaAA'ke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent. Avill be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. Horses Avalking over Avill receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. "Hack Hurdle Horse " is a horse that has never started in a weight-for-agc or handicap hurdle race or steeplechase.
