The Amateur Dramatic Club give their fourth performance in the Theatre Royal to-night, commencing at 8 o'clock. Messrs Banner ancf Liddle sell by auction at their rooms at 11 a.m. to-morrow, in order to determine the partnership of Messrs Mackenzie and Axford, millers, of Omahu, fowl wheat, flour, meal, carts, harness, Sec, and goodwill of balance of term of lease of mill. Entries for the handicap rifle match to be fired on the Petane range on Safurday aftornoon must be forwarded to Mr Girdlestone, secretary, not later than noon tomorrow. Accounts against the barque Langstone must be rendered in duplicate to Messrs Kinross and Co., agents, by noon to-morrow, or they cannot be recognised. The"horticultural show will be open in the Theatre Royal from 2 to 10 p.m. tomorrow. Mr Mouteith sells trap horses, hacks, colts, and geldings, by auction at the Horse Bazaar on Saturday. Mr Ryan publishes particulars of the stock of <rold and silver watches, jewellery, Sec, which he will dispose of by auction at his mart on Saturday. At the request, of the debtor Mr P. 1. Colledge summons a meeting of the creditors of J. T. Cassin for the :3rd proximo, at the Court House, Napier, to consider the debtor's application for an immediate discharge from bankruptcy. Inconsequence of the bereavement which has befallen Mr AY. Nelson, the entertainment which was to he given ill the Tomona reading-room on Friday is postponed till the 7th proximo. Messrs G. M. Sargisson and Co., storekeepers, of AVairoa, have filed in the Supreme Court a deed of arrangement for the benefit of their creditors, who meet at the Court House, Napier, _on the 10th December to assent to the said deed.
Mr F. AY. Garner has been appointed trustee in the bankrupt estate of Adolf Breuer, of AVairoa, hotelkceper. Messrs Ruddock and Fryer, direct importers, are in receipt of fresh shipments of ironmongcrv, Sec, of all descriptions. Mr Angus McLelhm, of tho Railway Store, Kaikora, has all kinds of merchandise on hand and for sale. Messrs Blythc and Co. are offering boy's and girl's galatea straw hats at a heavy discount. Mr J. S. AVelsman has received a supply of new season's limejuice. Prices are quoted for ladies' and girls' hose now on hand at the Boa Marche.
