ALTERATION OF RULE OF INSURANCE COMPANY.
Auckland, This day. At an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the South British Insurance Company to-day it was resolved "That in the Article of Association No. 91 the words of not; exceeding ten pounds per centum per annum be excised." The effect of this will be the equalisation of the dividend.
