All disputes, claims, or objections to be decided by a majority of the steAvards, or Avhoni they may appoint, whoso decision shall be final. All protests to bo accompanied Avith a deposit of two guineas, to be forfeited if the protest is considered frivolous. Three horses to start in each race, or only half the money Avill bo given. "Hack" shall mean a horse that lias never started in a Aveight-for-agc or handicap race. Nominations for the Maiden Plato (with ages of horses ancl colors of riders). Handicap Hurdle Race, AV.C.R.C.
