LONDON. November 9. The Wellington - ManaAvatu Railway Company's debentures, Avhich Averc purchased by a syndicate some time ago, have iioav been placed on the market and .all taken up. Ferry's remarks are deemed reasonable so far as Noav Guinea is concerned, but equivocal as regards other possible Pacific {innexatious.
