No entry -will be received for any race except upon tho condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the StcAvavds, or Avhom thoy may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall bo final. No qualification fee. The rules and AVeights of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club yvill be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from tho gross amount of all stakes. All disputes, claims, or objections to be decided by a majority of tho stoAvards, or whom they may appoint, whoso decision shall be filial. All protests to bo accompanied yvith a deposit of tyvo guineas, to be forfeited if the protest is considered frivolous. Three horses to start in each race, or only half the money yvill bo given. "Hack" shall mean a horse that has never started in a yvcight-for-agc or handicap race. Nominations for the Maiden Plato (Avith ages of horses and colors of riders). Handicap Hurdle Race, AV.C.R.C. Handicap, and the Raihvay Handicap, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be left Avith the secretary at Kaikora not later than 8 p.m. on tho Sth of December.
