The loss by the fire at Mr A. 11. Nathan's store has been accepted by the insurance companies as total. The salvage yvill reduce the loss to about £5000. Tho other division of tho Avarchouse, OA r er MiLamb's shop, is intact. The buildings belonged to Mr John Lamb, and arc insured in the New Zealand office for £2000. The damage is about. £000. Mr Lamb's stock is insured in tho Ncav Zealand office I for £3000. All of it is damaged.
