No entry will bo received for any race except upon tho condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall bo final. No qualification fee. Tho rules and weights of tho Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. Horses walking over will reccivo 50 per cent, of the stakes. All nominations, acceptances, and general entries, accompanied by tho necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than 8 p.m. on the several undernoted dates. "Hack Hurdle Horse " is a horse that has never started in a weight-for-age or handicap hurdle race or steeplechase.
