At a .sitting of tho Austro-Hungarian dolcpritcs to-Aαj Count ColnoKy, Minister for Foreign Aifairs, in the course of a speech, took occasion to emphasise the cordiality existing between Austria, Germany, and Italy, and added that the relations with Russia were in their normal tone, the Russian Press being the solo element of disquiet.
