Cargo for shipment must be on board the Lighters at 4 p.m. the day previous to departure of steamers. In future it will bo necessary for all outward passengers holding return tickets to present same at the office, and obtain passes for the launch conveying thorn to the steamer. A. D. Tho [second cabins are roomy and welllit, with bath-rooms for ladies and gentlemen ; steward's attendance and all bedding, &c, found. Tho steerage accommodation is of a superior character, with separate lavatories for men and women, and special provision for families. Tho steamer will call at Rio do Janeiro, universally pronounced to be the loveliest harbor in the world. Parcels under 30lb taken at half-a-guinca each. The passenger accommodation is replete With every modern convenience, and the dietary scale such as will sustain the well earned reputation of the Company. The homeward route will be via the Straits of Magellan (if weather permits), and tho time occupied is not expected to exceed 45 days. An experienced surgeon will accompany each steamer. Tho saloon and state cabins are superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for tho comfort of the passengers, who are provided with bedding and all cabin fitting's. Tho dietary ecale is most liberal. Second-class and eteerago accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels arc despatched from London to each of tho principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will bo despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in Now Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
