TJIE LAND ACT AVELL RECEIVED IN NEW SOUTH WALES.

Alexander Macarthur met with a serious accident from the accidental discharge of a gun whilo out shooting yesterday, and it is feared that he will sustain the loss of an eye. In the Legislative Assembly last night tho Public Service Bill was read a third time. The following further Cup scratchings aro posted:—Countess, Cuba, Pall Mall, and Peveril.
