This day. The excitement at Launceston over the rejection of the Government Raihvay Bill by the Legislative Council still continues. Effigies of tho Hon. F. AY. Grubb, M.L.C., and Mr AY. Hart, member of the House of Assembly, have been' burnt in front of the Launceston Town Hall by an excited mob. iluch indignation has also been shoAvn in this city, and in response to a largely signed requisition the members of both Houses for Hobart hayere'signed their seats.
