The Artillery Volunteers parade for gun drill at the gun shed at 7.45 to-night, and the Rifle Vounteers for company drill on the vacant ground adjoining Messrs Hoadley, Lyon and Co.'s wool store at the same hour. A costume rink takes place in tho Theatre Royal at 8 o'clock to-night. Mr Montcith sells 60,000 feet of sawn timber by auction at 12.30 p.m. to-morow at Glendinning's yards, near Napier railway station. Tenders for forming crossings at Chapman's road, and at Southampton, Eastbourne, and Lyndon-streets will be received by the Heretaunga Road Board up to 4 p.m. to-morrow. The annual meeting of the Hawke s Bay Rifle Association takes place at the Masonic Hotel to-morrow evening. Mr Montcith sells hacks and trap horses, spring cart, harness, and maize at tho Horse Bazaar on Saturday.
