The saloon and state cabins are superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for tho comfort of tho passengers, who arc provided with "bedding and all cabin fittings. The dietary Bcale is most liberal. Second-class and •steerage accommodation is all that could bo desired, and the ships are commanded by ■experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the ■highest class as required, and vessels are •ti'espatched from London to each of the ports of tho colony with strict •punctuality every month. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to tho principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
