Wellington, This day. The new Ministry were sworn in before His Excellency the "Governor at noon today. Major Atkinson retains his former portfolios, and has also been appointed Premier. Mr Dick resigns the portfolio of Postmaster-General and Commissioner of Telegraphs, and Mr Olliver takes charge of those Departments. Mr Conolly retains his former portfolios, and has also been appointed Attorney-General. Messrs Rolleston, Bryce, and "Johnston remain as before.
