The accoutrements of the Napier Rifle Volunteers arc required to be delivered at tho orderly room this and to-morrow evenimrs so as to be overhauled and cleaned, afier Avhich they will bo re-issued with tho new uniforms.

Messrs Hoadley, Lyon and Co. dispose of by auction at noon to-morrow, at the Criterion Hotel, tho privileges in connection with the forthcoming races and agricultural show.

Mr Lyndon submits to auction at his rooms at 2 p.m. to-morrow the lease for

three years of two lots of the Grammar School paddock". Mr Ryan holds a sale of plants, flowers, &c, from Sydney nurseries, at his mart on AVednesday.

Mr Peter Jonson, AVairoa, announces that from this date ho will not be responsible for any debts contracted by his wife. Accounts due to Mr AY. E. AVoods, chemist, must be paid to Mr W. Hawkins, Hastings-street, before the end of the month, or they will be sued for without further notice. Mrs Coham, next Faulknor's Coach Factory, Hastings-street, invites inspection of her stock of millinery under-clothing, and baby linen, and quotes prices for special linen in pinafores. Two geldings have been impounded at Hastings, and, unless previously redeemed will be sold on the Bth October.
