Ryan : " That in order to give practical effect to Rule 9, tho election of a President, Treasμrer, and Committee shall be conducted in the following manner: 1. Nominations from Members of tho Club to be in the hands of the Secretary at least 14 days before the day of annual meeting. 2. That on receipt of such nominations ' the Secretary shall post to each member of the Club a list or ballot-paper, containing tho names of all members so nominated, such list or ballot-paper to be returned to the Secretary on or before the day and within one hour after the opening of such Annual General Meeting, leaving on the names of such President, Treasurer, and Committee as the member intends to vote for."
