MEASLES ON BOARD THE DORIC.

Auckland, This day

Drs. Johnston and Husband of the Doric, report the health of the passengers good during tho voyage. Measles broke out among the Government immigrants in the steerage nine days after leaving Plymouth, and three children died therefrom. There were 25 cases, of which seven are now existing. The seven sick children have been lauded at the quarantine station, Avith their respective families. Hannah Pearson, aged six months, died at the quarantine station on Saturday night from pneumonia after measles. The Doric is anchored off the quarantine hulk.
