MAN KILLED BY FALL FROM A HORSE.
Dunedin, This day
A colljor, named AVilliam Ramsay, of Abbotsford, Avas killed at 1 o'clock yesterday morning. He was going home, Avhen he Avas overtaken by some horsemen. He mounted a horse, saying he would haA-e a ride, Avhen just as he got into the saddle the animal gave a sudden swerve and fell on its side, and Ramsay had his skull fractured. He lingered four hours. He Avas a married man with a family.
