THE ALLEGED CHILD MURDER.— ACCUSED DISMISSED.
Hawera, This day. Tho case of alleged child murder was a"-am gone into yesterday. No further evidence of importance was forthcoming". The Bench were of opinion that there was strong circumstantial evidence, but not sufficient to commit upon, and tho charge was dismissed.
