Tho Laird (7st 21bs) was second in the Maiden Plate at Takapuna, won by Orphan Boy (7st Gibs). Won tho Takapuna Handicap, 2 miles, (7st 2lb), Orphan Bay Becond. Ran second in tho Onga Onga Maiden Plate, won by Bruno. At Kaikora won the Racing Club Handicap (7st Slbs), ljmiles, Romeo second (Ost). Was second in tho Maiden Plate, won by Lubra. At Wairoa won the County Stakes (Ost 12lb), 2 miles, Never Miss (Bst 101b) second, Rangipo (7st 11 lbs) third. Radames, a three-year-old colt by Lcolinus—L'Orient, has never started. Lord of tho Isles is scratched.

At Woodtliorpe won tho Maiden Plate, Argyle second. At Gisborno was third in Tradesman's Handicap, won by Romeo. Won Publican's Purse, Piscatorious second.

Mavis. —At our spring meeting won Spring Handicap, 1£ miles (Ost Slbs), Louie (Bst) second. At Petane was third in the Publicans Purse (7st2lbs), won by Leonora (6st 91b). In Flying Stakes was third (7st Slbs), won by (7st olbs). Unplaced in tho Auckland Selling Race (Bst), won by Luckpenny (7st lOlbs). Briar.—A three-year-old gelding by Traducer —Sweotbriar, and own brother to Minerva. Has never started in a race.

Rangipo.—At our spring meeting ran second in the Guineas, won by Kingask. Unplaced in Flying Handicap (Gst 12lb), won by Mischief (Ost). At our Boxing Day meeting Avon Hastings Handicap, !\ miles (7st 41bs), Wilbei-force (Sst 9lbs) second. At Woodthorpo Avas second in the Handicap (Gst lOlbs), Avon by NcA'er Miss (7st Slbs). Scud.—Won a hack raco at Wanganui last autumn meeting-. At our steeplechase Meeting aa t rs unplaced in Ladies Bracelet. Marjory.—A three - year - old filly by Javlin-Ngaro. Has never started. Flora McDonald. —A three-year-old by Hero-Hatred. Has never started.
