No entry will bo received for any race except upon tho condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the StcAvards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with-a deposit of 5 soy., which sum shall he forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. All nominations, acceptances, Sec, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must bo addressed to tho secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not lator than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates.
