SURVEY OF MIDDLE ISLAND WEST COAST RAILWAY.
CiiRiSTCiiUECir, This day. The Government has completed arrangements with Messrs Dobson and Sons for the survey of the West Coast railway lino from Horsley Downs to Lake Brunnerton through the Hurunui and Teromakau Valleys, and over the Teremakau Saddle. Tho survey is to bo completed before the next session of Parliament.
