PORT OF NAPIER ARRIVALS. September. 11—Mary Wadley, three-masted schooner, from Greymouth. DEPARTURES. September. 11—Elibank Castle, topsal schooner, for Gisborne. «, The three-masted schooner Mary Wadley, Capt. Moore, arrived in the roadstead early this morning, from Greymouth, after a six days passage. Sho was towed inside during the forenoon by the Sir Donald, and took up her berth alongside tho breastwork, where sho will discharge her cargo, consisting of some 200 tons of coal for the Napier Gas Company. The Union Steamship Company's steamer Taairoa, Captain Parsons, is expected to leave Wellington for Northern ports tomorrow, and will arrive hero on Thursday next, being announced to steam for Gisborne, Tuuranga, and Auckland at 4 p.m. that day. The topsail schooner Elibank Castle sailed for Gisborne at 9 o'clock this morning, taking a cargo of coal, house blocks, and straining posts. Tho steamers Maori and Manaia are still detained in port by the prevalent southerly weather.
The Union Company's steamer Southern Cross, from Auckland and Gisborne, is due here on Friday next, being announced to steam that day for Wellington. The barque Margaretha has completed tho discharge of her cargo from London, and is ballasted ready for sailing, which will probably bo to-morrow. She sails for Colombo, Island of Ceylon, whero she will likely load coffeo for Europe.
