Saturday. The Council met at 3 p.m. THE PROROGATION. The members of the Lower House being in attendance, the commission to Sir W. Fitzherbert, Sir G. S. Whitmoro, and tho Hon. Mr Whitakcr was read, and tho Commissioners in his Excellency's name prorogued Parliament until Friday, December 20th.
