PARIS.
August 29. It is announced that the French Government has assumed control of the finances and Customs of the Kingdom of Annam in accordance with the terms of the treaty recently made with the monarch of that country. A circular signed " Phillippc, Comte de Paris," has been issued to-day formally notifying the Courts of the death of the late Comte dc Chambord.
