In the Legislative Assembly to-night the Railway Bill, providing- ii-lvr n/in for the appointment of three Commissioners in addition to it Minister, was passed through all its stuiros. Mr Redmond, the Home Ruler, delivered a. farewell lecture here this evening prior to his departure for New Zealand.
