Judgment for plaintiff by default for amount, with costs £1 Is, and solicitor's fee £1 Is. Mr Cornford for the plaintiffs. Collins v. James Trask. —Claim 18s, goods sold and delivered. Judgment for plaintiff for amount, Avith costs 7s. Sims v.'J. Snow.—Claim 16s Bd. Judgment for plaintiff, Avith costs 7s.' Gillespie V. AY. W.Yates.—Claim £3 2s lOd, judgment debt.
