In tho eviction case at the Roman Catholic cemetery, in Avhich Patrick Hennessy, Michael Casey, and Murtagh Donoghue were charged with unlaAvfully and by force demolishing a houso in the occupation of Bridget Walsh, the accused Averc committed for trial, but were released on bail.
